Current opportunities:

CCF Project Development Worker

Hours: P/T 21 hours.  Some evening and weekend work may be required
Salary:  £14,212 per annum (£23,688 FTE)
Contract: Fixed term until 31st March 2018
Location: Toryglen Community Base
Reporting to: Project Manager
Responsible for: Sessional workers, volunteers

This post is funded by the Climate Challenge Fund and is part of our wider Growing Connections project.  The role will involve expanding the food growing space at Polmadie Plots, a large community garden in Toryglen, and leading a weekly volunteer group to maintain the site.  The Project Development Worker will also be responsible for helping to organise a program of climate friendly cookery courses and community events, setting up a composting system and delivering education sessions with local schools.
